"Ocean Perfect Day" is a brand/product of H10 Hotels.

The operational management of the Page is entrusted to NextHub Digital AG (c/o TAX PRO Fiduciaria Sagl, Via Giovan Battista Pioda 8, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland), acting on behalf of the Provider.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Page and of the quotation-request service offered on it. By accessing the Page or submitting a quotation request, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Page.

The Page allows the user to request a quote for an event (for example, a wedding) by completing the relevant form with their contact details and information about the event.

The Page does not allow you to make bookings, purchases or online payments, nor to download content. The only service offered is the transmission of the quotation request to the Provider, who may subsequently contact you.

The submission of a request through the Page, as well as any quote provided in response, does not constitute a contract, a booking or a binding offer, and does not guarantee the availability, price or conditions indicated.

Any quote is purely indicative, may vary, and is subject to availability verification and to the possible execution of a separate contract directly with the Provider or the relevant establishment, which will be governed by its own specific terms.

To use the Page and submit a request you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into obligations. By using the Page you represent that you meet these requirements.

You undertake to:

• provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in the request form;
• not use the Page for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes;
• not enter third-party data without their consent;
• not compromise the operation, security or integrity of the Page.

The following is prohibited, by way of example: gaining unauthorized access to the systems, introducing malware or harmful code, carrying out mass or automated scraping, reproducing or commercially exploiting the content without authorization, and any conduct that infringes the rights of third parties or applicable law.

All content on the Page (text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, layout and software), including the "Ocean Perfect Day" and "H10 Hotels" trademarks, is the property of the Provider or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. No use, reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written authorization.

The Page may contain links to third-party sites or services. The Provider does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies. Access to third-party sites is at your sole responsibility.

The Page and the service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider does not warrant that the Page will be free of errors or interruptions, nor the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in it. The foregoing does not affect the warranties and rights that the law grants to consumers on a mandatory basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Page or the quotation-request service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence and liability arising from the mandatory rights granted to consumers in their country of residence.

The processing of personal data collected through the Page is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We invite you to read it carefully.

The Provider may modify these Terms or the service at any time. The current version is the one published on the Page, with an indication of the effective date. Continued use of the Page after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them, unless otherwise provided by law.

The Provider may suspend, restrict or discontinue, in whole or in part, access to the Page or the service, even without prior notice, for technical, security or organizational reasons, without incurring any liability.

These Terms are governed by the law of the user's country (or state) of residence, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the user's place of residence.

In any case, the application of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions under the law of the user's country of residence remains unaffected and prevails over any conflicting clause.

If any clause of these Terms is held to be null, invalid or ineffective, the remaining clauses shall retain full validity and effect.
